Use the User Insights dashboards to analyze user behavior, revenue sources, and AI Paywall performance. These dashboards are available only when the AI Paywall feature is enabled in your tenant.

1. Log on to the Zephr console.
2. Navigate to Insights > User Insights.
3. Select the dashboard you wish to explore from the drop-down menu. The available options are:

   • Event Stream – View a timeline of user interactions and events.

   • Revenue by Source – Analyze revenue attributed to sources such as email or social media.

   • Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) – Track essential metrics to assess performance.

   • Revenue by Cluster – Examine revenue distribution across user segments.

   • Revenue by Category – Review performance by:

     • Impressions

     • Clicks

     • Conversions

     • Top revenue-generating categories

     • CTR ( Click-Through Rate ) contributions
