Dynamic Offers

Synchronizing data model and custom field cache for dynamic offers

Learn how to synchronize the data model and custom field cache in Dynamic Offers when products and prices are updated in Zuora Billing.

Whenever products and prices are updated in your Zuora Billing tenant, you can easily keep the cache stored in your Dynamic Offers in sync.

You can sync both the data model cache and the schema cache. The former represents charges, rate plans and charge definitions, and the latter represents the custom fields.

To sync the Dynamic Offers caches:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Dynamic Offers Settings.
  2. Select the cache type you want to sync and click the corresponding Sync Now button. Data will be updated in seconds. The last synced time is displayed under each cache option.
    Note: Only changes to data that is used in Zephr will be synced.
