Learn how to add a user segment by navigating through the Identity menu and completing the necessary steps.

1. Navigate to Identity > User Segment from the main menu. The User Segments screen is displayed.
2. Select the Create a Segment button. The Create a segment screen is displayed.
3. Enter a name for the segment in the Label text box. The name can be up to 20 characters in length.
4. Optionally, add a description of the segment in the Description (Optional) text box.
5. Select the Save button to save the segment and return to the User Segments screen.
