In Quote Studio (SSQ only), you can configure suspend and optionally resume details for New, Amend, and Renew quotes, depending on Feature Access Config:

• When Suspend only is enabled:

  • The suspend section is visible where you can define a suspend policy for the subscription.

  • Auto-resume option is hidden.

• When Resume only is enabled:

  • The Resume section is not visible

  • Use the Resume icon flow to define the resume policy.

• When both Suspend and Resume are enabled:

  • You can configure suspend and optional resume details.

• When you Save and Send to Zuora, any configured suspend and resume details are sent to Billing along with other order actions:

  • If you configure suspend without a resume date, the subscription will enter a Suspended state in Billing with no scheduled resume.

  • If you configure both suspend and resume, the subscription will enter an Active state in Billing with an initial suspend period and a scheduled resume order.

Suspend and Resume behavior in Quote Studio is fully aligned with Billing behavior for corresponding order actions and dates.
