Link a communication profile to a customer account

Learn how to link a communication profile to a customer account on the account detail page.

  1. Navigate to Extension Studio > Events & Notifications in the left navigation menu.
  2. Locate the customer account you want to edit and click the account name. The account detail page opens.
  3. On the account detail page, click Billing and Payment Info to expand the section and then click Edit.
  4. From the Communication Profile list, select the communication profile you want to link to this customer account.
  5. Click Save.
