View state details
Learn how to view details of states and transitions on the User State Map, including titles, descriptions, and flow types.
You can view the details of any state or transition that appear on the user state map.
To view a state:
Open the User State Map.
Select the state you want to review. A panel opens showing:
Title: The name of the state.
Description: The description entered when the state was created.
View transition details
To view a transition:
Open the User State Map.
Select the transition connector (the arrow between two states). A panel opens showing:
Flow type: One-way or bi-directional.
One-way transitions - Displays the source state, destination state, and the criteria for the move. For example, [State A] ----> [State B]
- Bi-directional transitions - Displays the criteria for moving from State A to State B and State B to State A, for example, [State A] <----> [State B].
Criteria: The conditions that trigger the movement between states.
