Link a communication profile to a customer account
Learn how to link a communication profile to a customer account on the account detail page.
- Navigate to in the left navigation menu.
- Locate the customer account you want to edit and click the account name. The account detail page opens.
- On the account detail page, click Billing and Payment Info to expand the section and then click Edit.
- From the Communication Profile list, select the communication profile you want to link to this customer account.
- Click Save.
